We live today bathed in a constant 'smog' of artificially produced low level EMR. TV and Radio transmissions, power frequency fields, cellular phones, computer systems etc... the list increases year by year. The background image to this website echoes this fact by showing a repeated image of the visible part of the EM spectrum, and superimposed is a modulated carrier wave, but to see the image fully you will need to have your computer monitor display set to SVGA true color.
